Katrina Nepomuceno, a member of the Philippine Bar has a Juris Doctor Degree from the Ateneo de Manila University, School of Law.  She is one of the few gaming law practitioners in the Southeast Asian region, has behind her 10 years of gaming law practice in the Philippines -- covering land-based gaming such as bingo, casino, slot arcades, e-casino arcades, lottery; and internet gaming.  She is a member of the International Masters of Gaming Law and represents the Cagayan Freeport, Philippines in the International Association of Gaming Regulators.

She has extensive experience on the field of gaming as the legal counsel for the biggest and the leading commercial bingo operator in the Philippines.  She is the legal adviser of the Association of Bingo Grantees of the Philippines, an organization of 70 corporations engaged in the operation of bingo halls in the Philippines.  She has been involved in the drafting of various regulations for the Philippine bingo industry.

Currently, Ms. Nepomuceno is the legal counsel of First Cagayan Leisure and Resort Corporation, the master licensor of online gaming in the Cagayan Special Economic Zone and Free Port located in the Philippines.  She is credited to be instrumental in drafting and formulating internet gaming policies, rules and regulations for the jurisdiction, as well as compliance requirements.  She has done extensive research on gaming in the Asian region.

Ms. Nepomuceno was a presentor and speaker at the following conferences, Asian Internet Gaming Conference (Bangkok, Thailand 2002), IMGL Winter Conference (Paris, France 2005) and IMGL Spring Conference (Napa, USA 2008), G2E Asia (Macau, 2008).  She also participated in the annual Global Interactive Gaming Summit, Global Gaming Expo and the Asian Internet Gaming Summit.
